The essence of Contemporary dance is working with the body and mind as a natural tool. The class is based on controlling the center of gravity (center) of one's own body, using the principle of stretching and relaxation. Through dance we learn to feel our body in its complexity and intensity.
The class includes stretching and warming up the muscles, increasing flexibility, floor work, short links to strengthen the muscles of the whole body - especially the abdomen, arms, legs and brain, and then training coordination and dance variation.
