The dance lesson intended for the age category 15+ is focused on technical basics and builds correct body alignment. As part of the dance lesson, we work with movement details that help us find new and interesting things in dance. The aim of the dance lesson is to strengthen the body, stretch the body correctly and effectively and achieve conscious movement that is based on the personality of each dancer. As part of the warm-up, children will learn how to properly warm up and prepare for physical performance. During the lesson, we will focus more on individual movements, which will later be worked on in dance variations. In these classes, children get space for creativity and improvisation. At the end of the dance lesson, we stretch and relax the body again after the performance. The dance lesson is structured in such a way that everyone finds something of their own in it, and that the children have space to express their personality through movement.
