About class
JANA MAROUŠKOVÁ
Working with dynamics, size, tempo; efficiency, compactness and trajectory of movement - a few principles and properties of movement among many that we will cover in the lessons.
We will focus on the ability to perceive our own movement and body position to prevent bad movement habits and to understand more about our body's needs.
We will always move thoroughly, strengthen the whole body, decipher some movement principles, learn links to space, floorwork, look for the most efficient movement and through improvisational principles learn about our body and its possibilities. In the classes we work with short weaves and the possibilities of their interpretation. Classes provide time and space to learn movement innovations, acrobatic and technically challenging elements, as well as a place to enjoy, make mistakes, relax and share.
