About class
Adéla Zoe is a young artist who combines dance, performance and visual art. She is dedicated to the intermingling of different forms of artistic expression, pushing dance beyond its traditional frameworks. Currently based in Berlin, she is part of the Escape crew and the Confushion program.
Her work focuses on experimental dance, which she sees as a free space to find her own movement, authenticity and personal expression. Her classes are not about technical precision, but about exploring the relationship to the body, music, environment and improvisation. Using a variety of approaches in movement work, she seeks to guide dancers to a deeper connection with themselves and others.
