The most important thing is the quality of movement, working with its energy and dynamics. No movement is an end in itself – dance variations arise naturally as a connection and smooth continuation of individual learned elements and combinations. Each of Adam's movements is guided by a sense of partnership – a deeper awareness of one's own body, working with weight, the necessary initial energy to initiate movement, the flow of energy and dynamics.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Adam Sojka is a professional dancer, instructor, and choreographer. He is a member of the Lenka Vagnerová & Company ensemble, where he also teaches contemporary dance classes to the public. He also devotes himself to choreography and his own musical creations.
His experience also extends to classical dance, which he studied in Brno, and at the beginning of his career he worked at the National Theater Brno. Later, he was a member of Laterna Magika 420PEOPLE, Dekkadancers, Burkicom, and worked with the Landesbühnen Sachsen ensemble in Germany.
