A movement/dance language cultivating our movement intelligence.
It is a complex form of training in accordance with the uniqueness of the movement material and the dance philosophy of Filip Staňek (currently a member of the 420people dance group). It is based on the techniques of contemporary dance, but at the same time it takes effective tools from other fields such as sports, martial arts, physiotherapy, Fighting Monkey and others. It supports neuromuscular connection and uses imagination, intuition or creativity to fulfill movement tasks. Smart body improves agility, speed, fitness, coordination, joint mobility and muscle strength. It teaches us sensitivity to our own body and to the environment. It nurtures a "smart body". It’s goal is to find joy and freedom in movement.
