Svatava Kobzová

She has been through every possible style of dance from disco, contemporary and jazz dance, urban styles of hip hop, oriental dance, Afro dance and dancehall. In her choreographies she creates dance fusions with respect to all dance cultures she has known. She has experienced the competition floor, the theatre stage, the catwalk and the television camera, not only as a performer but also as a choreographer. She is a respected adjudicator at national and international competitions, was head of the Dance Group of the Year jury for five years and is the Czech representative for HipHop UNITE. Her study of the body in motion and spinal problems led her to yoga. Another dimension for her is acro yoga, in which she educates herself and finds another way of movement and interplay of body and mind.
